Civil Regime offers a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your premium streetwear purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
